Retirement Party

There were several people at my retirement party that told stories and said many nice things about our time together (expect for Felicia, but she did what was asked and roasted me a bit and did a great job of it ;)... One person who I'll name later, adapted a poem for me that I thought was very apropos...

Ed Kelty stood at the Pearly gates
His face was worn and old
He stood before the man of fate for admission to the fold
'What have you done' St Peter said
'To gain admission here?'
'I've worked at Maricopa sir for many a many year'
The pearly gates swung open wide, St Peter rang the bell
'Come in, come in and chose your harp, you've had your share of hell'

To my friends at Maricopa, you will always be my extended family, and things will get better...  It just takes a little time...
